Business Requirements:

Discount Toy Co are an online store that sell a wide range of toys for children of all ages. They needed new website banners that highlighted key promotions that their business had.

My Responsibilities:

I needed to design website banners that immediately caught the user’s attention amongst the products and various links on the page and at first glance give the user an idea about what the promotion is about.

My Approach:

Keeping inline with their branding, I used imagery of their audience engaging with their products to evoke a positive reaction to the message in the user. I ensured room around copy in order for information to be quickly digestible and used bright colours to make the banners pop on the page.

Impact:

These banners were engaging, playful and eye-catching and drew users to their promotions.
