Business Requirements:

‘Maintenance’ is a desktop app created by Uptick to help Property Managers stay on top of building maintenance and requirements, while also outsourcing and managing maintenance works. Sales collateral for this product was required to hand out at demo sessions and sales meetings.

My Responsibilities:

Designing a brochure that potential clients could take away with them after sales meetings and demos, to have a piece of Uptick’s business with them to reinforce their message and product offering.

My Approach:

It was important to highlight key features of the product, while highlighting reasons of why it will benefit a potential client’s business. While their booklets for their main business were more corporate, the brochures for their individual products needed to be more approachable, as they were targeting teams using the product rather than CEOs and senior stake holders.

I used plenty of imagery and larger type to display key information, in order for the user to absorb key information quickly. Using Uptick’s branding elements throughout every page, this helped solidify a visual memory of Uptick as a brand while educating the user on our product.

Impact:

The impact was a successful branding and product information tool that users could take with them and refer back to when ready to sign up to Uptick’s services. It was successful in educating users on Uptick’s product in a concise and engaging manner.
