Business Requirements:

GraysOnline are a large online retailer of many different brands and products. An eBook was required for the marketing team to ensure consistent and best marketing and design practice was actioned through all activity in the team.

My Responsibilities:

I needed to sort through each of GraysOnline eDMs styles, external and internal marketing material, and work with the Marketing Manager to create a set of guidelines for the team.

My Approach:

I created the eBook in Indesign and included links to and from menu items for an easy way to sift through information and find what any team member may need. I included examples of ‘bad’ design compared to ‘good’ design to show the impact of each and to reinforce the need of these guidelines. I worked closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure we were on the same vision for the team.

Impact:

An easy to use guide that the marketing team could easily refer to when producing any marketing material for the business.
